Armstrong Creek Occupational Therapy provides professional
occupational therapy services for children and adults including:
- Occupational therapy assessment, reporting and recommendations
- Functional assessments
- Sensory assessment
- Ongoing therapeutic supports
- Telehealth
- Capacity building and training.
Location
Servicing Armstrong Creek, Torquay, the Geelong and surrounds, as well as Telehealth supports to remote areas. We also provide outreach supports to the Mildura area.
We are able to conduct visits to your home, school, childcare, kindergarten or other community setting.
Funding
Services can be funded via the NDIS (plan managed or self managed) or privately.
